When I was a child, I played multiple sports and then focused primarily on baseball starting in high school. I played for the Bulldogs and went on to play in college. During my sophomore year, I was recruited by Texas A&M University Corpus Christi to play for the Islanders out of Laredo Junior College and am still in some of the career top 10’s for pitching at the school.
After graduating in 2003, I played for three professional indy-league baseball organizations (Houma Hawks- Southeastern League, Pensacola Pelicans- Central League, and Coastal Bend Aviators- Central League).
I have also worked as a baseball camp coach for the University of Texas, James Bowie High School, volunteered for RBI Austin, and participated in the 2002 Forward Corpus Christi campaign which brought Whataburger Field to the city.
